This is a special invitation to our Flesh and Spirit circle! Jesse and I have arranged a week-long couples retreat at the beautiful Kalikalos Centre in the village of Kissos on the eastern coast of mainland Greece near the island of Skiathos. This is a unique opportunity to explore relationship while enjoying a superb Greek holiday in an extraordinarily beautiful and powerful natural setting! Kissos is a village of fruit trees, flowers, and greenery carved out of the forest above the seaside resort of St Yiannis. The area features many ancient donkey trails, rock scrambling near the cliffs, snorkling off the rocks, nearby horse riding, mountain bike hire, and even tennis in Volos. And of course, swimming in the intense blue Aegean Sea.
We are inviting 5 couples to join us to explore the sacred dance of intimacy - to witness each other's dyadic councils, to explore some deeper questions together in our full councils, and to play! Since we are all experienced in couples council, we can dive right in!
A normal day at Kalikalos includes, morning meditation, yoga or tai-chi, scrumptious vegetarian meals, a 3 1/2 hour workshop session, the afternoon free to explore and swim, and an evening with the whole community. We each get to offer up to 6 hours of community time during the week - helping with meal prep or cleanup and watering the garden - love in action! This is an opportunity to deepen our intimate partnerships in a tranquil environment surrounded by azure skies, lush woodlands, ink-blue seas, and an authentic community.
We're giving you lots of advance warning so that you can make travel and financial arrangements - AND you may want to even extend your holiday and explore the surrounding islands!
The fee of 550 euros includes 7 nights of accommodation, all meals except 1 which we will enjoy together in a nearby taverna, the Flesh and Spirit retreat, and community offerings. Excursions, and transport to the centre will be for your own account. The first 5 couples to register and pay a deposit will be going to Greece with us! The best rooms go first!
